Hey V,
I need your advice-
I’m trying to buy a .3 acre lot that has a manufactured home on it. The owner/tenet of the home is going to pay rent.
I am having the WORST time finding a lender that will loan me the $$ to buy the lot. They either say: “It has to be a residence, YOURS” (USAA) or “It has to be 1+ acres” (Texas Veterans Land Board).
What type of lender should I be looking for?

I LOVE shopping for apartments, I love looking up listings and comparing prices and neighborhoods and touring different properties. I am one of the few people I know who loves moving.
