Em…you DO know V! You once dated her mother.
@1 :)
are comments now waiting for approval?
i posted one and it’s not there, but when i tried to repost - wordpress says i’ve said it already…
i’m confused.
now i’m doubly confused.
Fascinating story! Is that what it takes to create a V out of a woman these days?
I read V’s post. Placing a child in a new environment without any adjustment period is abrasive to most young minds. V spoke of how her brother behaved, reacted and revolted. How did V react? Did all the alternative lifestyles affect her any? Was V pleased with her mother’s casual position in leaving the children at home? Moreso, what parent would bring home unfamiliar people to a home with children and allow them to stay the night? As for cross-dressing, sometimes things are best kept in secret. Especially from children that wouldn’t understand. And, trying to make them understand at that age would be more of a mistake than a wait-and-see moment. Somehow, I feel V’s mother was quite self-centered in her search for domestication. Few women would subject their children to that form of circus. With or without paying for it. My opinion? What’s done is done. Forgive and forget. Luckily, we seldom remember the pain as much as the joy. So, hopefully, your brother will find his happiness elsewhere. Forgetting the pain of the past.
#2. my post came right up. not sure what is going on, maybe admin is tweaking the interface a bit because of all that stuff with Emerild and you just accidentally got caught in it?
#2…i just tried to reply to you to say my post came up no problem, and i had the same problem. to add confusion, the front page said there were 6 comments but only 5 show. glitch in the matrix?
nevermind…now it’s there.
I think my father’s mother dated transvestite as well…
:( and it was a good one too - oh well!
#5 i agree with your sentiment, with the exception of thinking that children wouldn’t understand cross-dressing behaviours…
actually i think children are much more willing and able to grasp concepts at younger ages, then most of us adults. children are adaptable and flexible, and don’t really understand gender roles, so are more able to accept people who don’t understand their own gender role…
children play dress up.
when was the last time you did?
:)
