i:

I'm sure it was ridiculous, but see, I don't care about Ryan. I come here to read V, not Ryan. He can be as stupid as he wants to be, why do I care? I don't even know who the hell he is. V, on the other hand, has some credibility with her readership which I hope to see her maintain.

I’m curious to see if there are going to be any repercussions from all of this.

I’m convinced that V is infact Hollie Toner; something I wish I hadn’t seen. However, if V is not Hollie Toner than Ryan could be responsible for anything that may happen as a result of all of this.
He screens his comments. However, he chose to publish comments like (I’m paraphrasing) “we should find out where she works, and let her boss know what she’s been doing on the Internet.” Not to mention the comments that he published that discuss going to her house.

Some very borderline stuff…

If V is Hollie Toner he’s published her address, among other things. Would he be held responsible if anything happened to her? He should be…

Coolfrequency: Yes, Ryan’s post was ridiculous. Many of his readers have even said that it was ridiculous.

oh, sigh. This again. I love your blog, but really, you don't play fair. Your formula seems to be finding another blog somewhere to pick on, then, when they write their angry defense, your retort is always "my blog gets more site so I'm better than you, so I win! And the traffic you got from my attack is more than your blog has ever gotten, so you should be GRATEFUL that I was so mean to you!"

really? seriously? are you that egotistical?

I mean yes, sure, it's true. Your blog gets more traffic than his, because your blog gets more traffic than 99% of blogs out there on the net. And yes, it's true, as such you sent him more traffic than he's probably ever gotten, ever. Because, as a very popular and successful blog, all you have to do is mention somebody, anybody, and right there they will get more traffic than they've ever gotten.

But come on, these points have nothing to do with whether or not your original attack was justified.

I think that what is far more evil/arrogant/whatever, is to drive too fast/close/whatever so that you are at risk of having an accident. Because if you do, you'll end up slowing down all the traffic for an hour or so until your car gets towed out of the way. Driving a little slow in the fast lane adds a few seconds to a few people's trips while they pass you, but an accident, (even when it isn't rush hour,) can easily add a minute or two to thousands of people's trip...

I followed the link V had to this guys site, and read a little. I think hes just boring. I checked out his links, and daddydonthitme.com looked like it might be interesting. I checked it out. It's really good.
The J Parker stories will rip your heart out, and BC Woods will make you cry and laugh at the same time.

Ridiculous. If this guy is a moronic little piece of nothing in a big big world then you might be worse. Your reading comprehension is terrible. The fact that you spewed sooo much hate for such a little post by some douchebag is telling. For people who can see the pitfalls in everyone's path but their own I recommend: suicide.

Has anyone read his response? He's accusing her of reading comprehension issues and no one has pointed out his. How the hell does he comprehend the books he supposedly reads every week if he can't even understand the content of one of V's posts (he links it under "should be polite")?

So V. reads some random guy's blog, then decides to take his rant literally? It's a RANT. Not a thesis on the human condition. Stop trying to act all high and mighty, V.

Reading all of these posts has merely led me back to my original thoughts on V's rant about a rant.

A) We Americans are way too easily pissed off when we don't get our immediate personal gratification.

B) There are no passing lanes or slow lanes or fast lanes near any city with more than 1 million residents.

C) Age has a lot to do with it: the older one gets, in my experience at any rate, the more one is able and *willing* to go with the flow instead of getting all bent out of shape over the stupidity and agressive selfishness of others. And I think, too, that age lends a peculiar hindsight perspective to one's own past stupidities and agressive selfish actions - to the point where one might just wince.

D) As for evil, it surrounds us every day, unseen and invidious. Nasty co-workers who spread untrue gossip, restaraunt workers who spit in our food, stores who overcharge us, slaves in Africa and Asia and Eastern Europe, killing in the name of some faggot weak-assed god who can't throw a fucking thunderbolt, and prejudice and bigotry and churches teaching hatred in the name of love.

But life is still pretty good.
