Does this gay hairdresser get so few clients that want to do something dramatically different with their hair that he’s entirely floored when someone comes in and says “let’s do something different?”
Is there a straight male hairdresser in any story?
Straight hairdressers are commonly refered to as ‘barbers’. But in all seriousness, being a male hairdresser would be a great gig for any moderately attractive straight guy. If you could put up with it for any length of time, youd be up to your elbows in casual sex opportunities until someone shot you. And if you took the time to be moderately good at it, youd get alot of repeat business and word of mouth advertising. Your chair AND your social calender would be scheduled well in advance. Im sure many males in hairdressing are gay, as probably many of the guys that were in choir and theatre classes with me. Not photography, but theres nothing like having an active social life and access to a dark room in high school.
But back to reality, developing a personality is tough. It requires that you go through shit (or have shit done to you), survive, and somehow gain strength from the experience. The process can take years and never be fully complete.
A trim and foil frost is probably 50 bucks.
