It is unfortunate that someone's body would develop in a way that is harmful to their overall well-being. How fortunate she is that there is something which can be done to help her condition. Many people aren't so lucky. Maybe it makes me a bitch but, it really frustrates me when people behave as if they are oppressed by a problem they have the power to solve.
