Ahh, agents sure are fun. I just got a call from mine saying that one house I’ve looked at twice is looking to get “feedback” from me on my interest. Of course, my agent has dropped dribs and drabs of info on the house, including that they have a contingent offer already from folks living 4 hours away who havent been able to sell their house yet… So I figure either that fell through in the last 3 days (haha) or the owners are perhaps looking to see how much I might bite. I doubt they’d like my offer though. Its a good deal square footage wise and yard size but new decks and paint outside would be necessary right away. Let alone the rest of the clearly 12 year old fence thats not been taken care of. The kicker is my agent recently became related to the home owners via marriage…
