I am so behind this theory.
It amazes me that I read diets don’t work in a medical journal in 1995, and WW and the like still make billions. There are new studies that confirm what has been known for decades.
Here are a couple of quotes from this website, http://www.emaxhealth.com/1/11658.html,
“An analysis of 31 long-term diet studies, all at least two to five years in length, by researchers at UCLA finds that diets do not lead to weight control for the vast majority of dieters. Even worse, Dr. Traci Mann found that many people actually end up heavier than they were before dieting.”
